Fairytale Tilda

hello everyone, i have gotten back into creating cards!!
I really love the fairytale magnolia tilda stamp (one of my favorites!!)
I designed this square card, using stampin up cardstock (pacific point, garden green) and stampin up designer paper (beyond the garden). For the corner adornments i used spellbinders d-lites garden weave die. the book was made using the spellbinders labels 11 die with stampin up soft suede cardstock, computer paper and pop up tape to give it tsome dimension

mini fairy tilda

Hello, i am getting back into designing and posting my cards on my blog.
Also, i got some new sizzix flip it card dies for my birthday, so i thought i would try it out with the magnolia mini fairy tilda.

the mini fairy is colored with copics and glittered with stickles.

I found this cute fairy stamp from prima.

I used stampin up cardstock (crumb cake, baja breeze), and stampin up dsp designer paper (pocket full of posies)

I wanted to try using the sizzix flip it card die both ways (top to bottom, and side to side).
And i accidentally cut the designer paper the wrong direction on first try (oops!!) so i had to make 2 cards. LOL!!

i am also addicted to the spellbinder dies. the circle sets fit perfectly to layer the inner circle.

Luckily i had some Kcompany stickers ( the flower and butterfly) on hand to add a little dimension to the cards.

i have decided to color on week nights after work when i am too tired to do anything else fun, and design on the weekend when i can sleep in the next morning!! (smile!!)

Using the sizzix flip it card die was so easy and it only takes a half sheet of cardstock like when you are making an A2 card. but you end up with a square card and more room for embellishing!!
thanks for visiting my blog, i hope you enjoyed my cards!!
