Hello there! Smileystampinmama here with a handmade greeting card! I used the Gift Bag stamp from MY HEART STAMPS FOR YOU which you can find in my ebay store. SMILEYSTAMPINMAMA RUBBER STAMPS, to embellish the card. I inked the image with a memento dew drop ink pad. For layers, I used Stampin' Up Cardstock in Blushing Bride, Whisper White, and Echo Park designer paper from my paper stash. I had a nice trip to San Antonio visiting my sister and got a Tim Holtz Travel Stamp Platform. I was thinking it would be easier than bringing a lot of stamp blocks for different size stamps and it worked wonderfully!! I think i am addicted now! I stamped the image 3 times ( 2 times on white- one for sponging with ink and one for the white handle, 1 time on designer paper from echo park for the tissue paper part of the stamp), and then cut and paper pieced together. Years ago when i would go to my friends for her card stacks, i was apparently not confident enough to cut out the images. One of her cards required cutting out a circle, i thought i was going to pass out!! LOL i can't cut a circle freehand!! AAGH!! And look at me know, more than a circle, i love cutting out the images, i actually enjoy it!!! The flowers are die cut with Spellbinders Die. and inked with the memento dew drop ink pads.
