STAMPIN UP ASIAN FAN MAGNOLIA ASIAN TILDA

Hello there! Smileystampinmama here with a handmade greeting card! The images i used for this card are the Japanese Magnolia Tilda stamp, and a solid Stampin Up fan stamp from  the adorable set Oriental Gifts. The Japanese Magnolia Tilda image is stamped with tuxedo black Memento ink and  colored with copic alcohol markers. I really enjoy coloring with the copics, i had no idea i could shade and give depth to the images until i tried the copic markers. For her hair I used C0, C1, C3, C5, C7, C9, and 110. Yes, a lot of markers for a small area that can probably can be accomplished with less markers, but i do like to use many markers. I figure why not, i have them so i 'm going to use them! For me, it makes the blending easier. I used the gold wink of stella pen to sparkle up the image. The fan is stamped with Stampin' Up Old Olive Ink, and layered on Stampin' Up Basic Black. For layers, I used Stampin' Up Cardstock in Basic Black (card base size A2 - 5 1/2 in by 8 1/2 folded in half ), and Melon Mambo (middle layer - 4 in by 5 1/4 in).  Then Martha Stewart Acorn (5 1/8 in by 3 7/8 in) cardstock embossed with Darice bamboo embossing folder, sponged with Tim Holtz ink, and paper pieced with Stampin Up Old Olive cardstock ( i just embossed a sheet of Old Olive cardstock, cut out the leaves, and glued to the acorn layer).  The smaller layer of  origami paper is from Hanko Designs and layered with Stampin Up Basic Black.
